MEDITATION

Through meditation your mind and body become relaxed and stress free. You create a calm and peaceful atmoshpere where balance and harmony reign. The benefits of meditation are numerous. For example:

  • your mind becomes still and tranquil when you meditate

  • your whole body becomes relaxed and stress free

  • you can focus your mind to help you solve problems

  • your sleep pattern improves

  • your overall health improves

  • most importantly however, it is a time devoted to you


  • One of the benefits mentioned above - improved sleep pattern - is necessary for you to maintain your mental and physical health. For people who experience depression they will notice that their sleep pattern is often disturbed so they awake feeling tired and drained. Meditating on a regular basis would greatly improve this situation.

    Many aspects of meditation can be integrated into your counselling sessions if you wish, thereby strengthening the potency of the benefits you gain from each session.
